Training Centers for Use of Electronic Media

Catholic Media International (CMI), a training center and production facility for the use of electronic media based in Dallas, Texas.

In the tradition of Bobbie Cavnar and the Lumen 2000 School which he operated in Dallas for many years, CMI will teach both radio and television production techniques primarily to personnel of established Catholic ministries.  Traditional training time has been reduced to a few weeks due to the major innovations in technology.


CMI will also use mobile training units to go to the locations where ministries operate to reach the many experienced ministry pastors and lay leaders while keeping their time away and travel expenses to a minimum.  They will create and record the actual programs needed to reach their specific target audiences. Ministries will become media proficient by producing the programs needed, thus multiplying the gifts, talents and anointed content of their ministry charisms.


CMI will assist in large scale television production, such as a series of live to tape productions and multi camera studio and remote production. It will also assist in the distribution of programming to Catholic and other radio and television station outlets across the Americas.
